Product Description
Self‑cleaning drawer‑type magnetic separator is specially developed for chemical and building material industries. It features automatic detection and on‑demand cleaning, handling powder, particle, slurry and fluid including dry, wet, sticky and corrosive materials. Horizontal, vertical and inclined installation are supported. Cleaning media include compressed air, clean water and solvent. The dead‑angle‑free structure with rounded corner R≥5mm minimizes material residue. IP66/IP67 protection grade together with water‑cooled or air‑cooled magnet protection system ensures stable performance under harsh conditions. It removes iron impurities for plastic pellets, pigment powder, coating raw material, quartz sand powder and kaolin powder. It protects downstream equipment, purifies raw materials and improves finished product quality, color purity and material whiteness for continuous production lines.
