The core of the rotary magnetic separator features a rotating magnetic roller/magnetic rod group combined with a scraper structure. Magnets (permanent magnets or electromagnets) generate strong magnetic fields. When material flows over the surface of the rotating magnetic component, ferromagnetic impurities are adsorbed. After the magnetic component rotates to the unloading area, impurities are forcibly scraped away by the scraper or may fall off by gravity in the weakened magnetic field area. The processed materials are discharged along the discharge port, enabling continuous cycling throughout the entire process.
