The Peony Decanter Centrifuge for Titanium Dioxide Slurry Washing and Dewatering is designed for the continuous thickening, washing-stage separation, and recovery of TiO₂ slurry from pigment production, surface treatment, washing, and wastewater recovery processes.
Titanium dioxide slurry often contains fine pigment particles, residual acids, soluble salts, treatment chemicals, or wash liquor carried over from upstream processing. The decanter centrifuge separates the TiO₂ solids from the liquid phase continuously, allowing the slurry to be thickened before further washing, filtration, drying, coating, or milling.
This configuration is suitable for continuous production lines where stable solids recovery, wash-liquid control, reduced slurry volume, and process-water reuse are important.
