The Industrial Decanter Centrifuge for Abrasive Mineral Wastewater is designed for continuous solid-liquid separation of wastewater streams containing abrasive mineral particles, suspended solids, and high-density inorganic materials.
Mining, mineral processing, quarrying, and industrial washing processes often generate wastewater containing sand, quartz, ore fines, clay particles, and metal-bearing solids. These abrasive materials can cause severe wear on conventional separation equipment.

Abrasive mineral wastewater enters the rotating bowl through a controlled feeding system.
Under centrifugal force, dense mineral particles move toward the bowl wall and form a concentrated solids layer.
