The Industrial Decanter Centrifuge for Slurry Concentration Before Drying is designed to increase solid concentration and reduce free water content before thermal drying processes.

Wet slurry enters the rotating bowl through a controlled feeding system.
Under centrifugal force, solid particles move toward the bowl wall and form a concentrated solids layer.
Separated liquid remains in the inner liquid zone and moves toward the clarified liquid area.
The scroll continuously transports concentrated solids toward the conical discharge end.
Concentrated solids and separated liquid are continuously discharged for further processing.
