The Peony Bag Lifting Centrifuge is designed for the batch recovery, washing, dewatering, and gentle discharge of sugar alcohol crystals after crystallization.
It is particularly suitable for erythritol crystal recovery and can also be configured for xylitol, maltitol, sorbitol, mannitol, and other polyol crystal products where crystal solubility, product purity, washing loss, and mother liquor recovery need careful control.
Sugar alcohol crystals may be sensitive to excessive washing, long residence time, mechanical scraping, or uncontrolled liquor carryover. The bag lifting discharge structure removes the finished crystal cake by lifting the filter bag instead of scraping the cake from the basket wall. This helps reduce crystal breakage, product retention inside the machine, and manual cleaning work.
Peony provides the batch separation section between sugar alcohol crystallization and downstream drying or packaging.
