As we introduced in the chapter on palm oil decanter centrifuge, Peony also owns the disc separator used in the palm oil separation and concentration.
Not only we provide the decanter centrifuge for palm oil separation, but also manufacture the nozzle separator used in the palm oil recovery after the processing step of 3 phase decanter centrifuge heavy liquid phase. On the right bottle is the heavy liquid-water phase from the decanter entering the nozzle disc, about 0.6% oil content, and finally 0.33% oil can be recovered, same recovery effective as the world well-known brand.
