The Decanter Centrifuge for Metal Powder Slurry Recovery is designed for continuous solid-liquid separation, metal powder recovery, slurry thickening, and process-liquid clarification.
It is suitable for metal powder washing, hydrometallurgy slurry, battery material process slurry, grinding and polishing wastewater, powder metallurgy wastewater, and fine metal particle recovery. The centrifuge separates suspended metal powders from the liquid phase continuously. Recovered solids can be sent to filtration, drying, storage, reuse, or further refining. Clarified liquid can be recycled to washing, grinding, process-water storage, or wastewater treatment.

Peony can provide:
Metal powder slurry enters the rotating bowl through a controlled feed pipe.
An agitated slurry tank is normally recommended upstream to prevent powder settling and maintain stable feed concentration.
Inside the high-speed rotating bowl, centrifugal force separates metal powder particles from the liquid phase.
The denser metal particles settle against the bowl wall, while clarified liquid remains closer to the center.
The internal screw conveyor rotates at a controlled differential speed relative to the bowl.
This movement transports settled metal powder solids toward the conical end for continuous discharge.
The separated liquid leaves through the liquid outlet.
It can be returned to washing, grinding, reaction, process-liquid recycle, or further wastewater treatment.
