The Decanter Centrifuge for Talc Slurry Recovery is designed for continuous solid-liquid separation, talc powder recovery, slurry thickening, and process-water clarification.
It is suitable for talc powder processing, talc washing, grinding slurry, classification overflow, mineral beneficiation wastewater, and fine talc recovery from process water. The centrifuge separates talc solids, fine mineral particles, clay, and suspended impurities from the liquid phase.

Peony can provide:
Talc slurry enters the rotating bowl through a controlled feed pipe.
An agitated slurry tank is normally recommended upstream to prevent settling and maintain stable feed concentration.
Inside the high-speed rotating bowl, centrifugal force separates talc solids and fine mineral particles from the liquid phase.
The solids move outward and form a layer against the bowl wall, while clarified liquid remains closer to the center.
The internal screw conveyor rotates at a controlled differential speed relative to the bowl.
This movement transports settled talc solids toward the conical end for continuous discharge.
The separated liquid leaves through the liquid outlet.
It can be returned to washing, grinding, classification, process-water recycle, or further wastewater treatment.
The concentrated talc solids are discharged continuously from the solids outlet.
