Our permanent magnetic separator is specialized industrial equipment for mineral purification and ferromagnetic impurity removal. Exclusive magnetic circuit layout ensures evenly distributed magnetic field with no attenuation after years of continuous operation. Separation efficiency peaks at 99.5%, capturing micro iron powder and weak magnetic particles that standard magnetic separators fail to collect.
Pure permanent magnet design needs no excitation power during operation, lowering energy consumption by 30%–40% vs traditional electromagnetic separators. Zero chemical agents are used in the whole process to avoid secondary pollution; separated iron scraps can be fully recycled.
