Our high gradient magnetic separator is specialized mineral deironing equipment designed based on the magnetic susceptibility difference between target minerals and iron contaminants. Outfitted with optimized magnetic circuits and premium rare earth magnetic rollers, the unit produces a stable high-gradient magnetic field to efficiently capture ferromagnetic and weakly magnetic impurities.

It thoroughly eliminates iron contaminants from non-metallic ores to lift ore grade and product purity while cutting raw material loss, and can be seamlessly matched with crushing, grinding and screening production lines. The fully sealed integrated body allows steady operation in harsh scenarios with heavy dust, high humidity and heavy loads, delivering consistent long-term separation performance.
Exclusive magnetic circuit layout guarantees even magnetic field distribution with no demagnetization after long-hour operation. It achieves a separation rate up to 99.5%, trapping ultrafine iron dust and weakly magnetic pollutants that regular separators fail to extract.
Permanent magnet models require no excitation power while running, lowering energy consumption by 30%–40% against conventional electromagnetic separators. No chemical agents are involved during separation, creating zero secondary pollution, and captured iron scraps can be fully recycled.
The material-contact drum is covered with thick wear-resistant rubber lining to withstand friction and material impact. With IP65 full protection, the separator adapts to humid, dusty and slightly corrosive sites and remarkably cuts breakdown frequency.
A single machine supports two processing modes for dry mineral powder sorting and wet slurry purification. Rotation speed and magnetic field intensity are independently adjustable to fit diverse raw material processing needs.
