This high-gradient magnetic separator is a specialized mineral purification device designed for removing iron and weak magnetic contaminants from non-metallic minerals. With a scientifically optimized magnetic circuit structure, the machine delivers uniform magnetic field distribution with zero magnetic attenuation after long-term operation. It achieves a maximum separation efficiency of 99.5%, effectively capturing ultra-fine iron particles and weak magnetic impurities that ordinary separators fail to remove.
The permanent magnet type requires no excitation power during operation, reducing power consumption by 30%–40% compared with traditional electromagnetic separators.
