This permanent magnetic separator is a professional ore dressing and impurity removal equipment. It is designed based on the magnetic difference between minerals and impurities.
Equipped with an optimized magnetic circuit system and high-performance rare earth magnetic roller, it generates a stable high-gradient magnetic field to efficiently adsorb ferromagnetic and weak magnetic impurities.
It is widely used in mining, coal washing, ceramic raw material processing, chemical industry, building materials and scrap metal recycling. The machine supports continuous automatic feeding, separation and discharging, enabling uninterrupted large-volume production.
It effectively removes iron impurities from raw ores and non-metallic materials, improves ore grade and product purity, and reduces raw material waste. It can be perfectly matched with crushing, grinding and screening production lines.
With a fully sealed integrated structure, it can operate stably in harsh environments with heavy dust, high humidity and heavy load, delivering reliable and long-lasting separation performance.
The unique magnetic circuit design ensures uniform magnetic field distribution and stable long-term performance. The overall separation efficiency can reach up to 99.5%, capturing ultra-fine iron powder and weak magnetic impurities that ordinary separators may miss.
The pure permanent magnet structure requires no excitation power supply during operation, reducing power consumption by 30% to 40% compared with traditional electromagnetic separators. No chemical additives are used during operation, helping to avoid secondary pollution. Separated iron impurities can be recycled.
The material contact drum is lined with thick wear-resistant rubber, providing strong resistance against abrasion and material impact. The whole machine meets IP65 protection standard, making it suitable for wet, dusty and corrosive working environments.
One machine supports both dry and wet separation modes. It is suitable for dry mineral powder sorting and wet slurry separation. Rotating speed and magnetic strength can be adjusted freely according to different material processing requirements.
Simplified mechanical structure with fewer vulnerable parts. Daily maintenance mainly requires regular bearing lubrication, reducing labor cost and production downtime.
