This magnetic separator is professional mineral processing equipment developed based on the magnetic susceptibility gap between target minerals and iron impurities. Fitted with optimized magnetic circuits and high-performance rare earth magnetic rollers, the equipment creates a steady high-gradient magnetic field to efficiently trap ferromagnetic and weakly magnetic contaminants.
It has extensive application scenarios covering mining, coal washing, ceramic raw material purification, chemical processing, building material manufacturing and waste metal recycling. The machine realizes fully automatic continuous feeding, separating and discharging to support non-stop high-capacity production.
It thoroughly removes iron contaminants from non-metallic ores and raw materials, upgrading ore grade and finished product purity while lowering raw material loss. The device can be perfectly connected to crushing, grinding and screening assembly lines.
Designed with an entirely sealed integrated body, the separator runs smoothly under severe working conditions including dense dust, high humidity and heavy loads, delivering consistent and durable separation performance for mass industrial manufacturing.
Adopting exclusive magnetic circuit layout, the machine achieves even magnetic field distribution with no magnetic attenuation after long-period continuous operation. Its comprehensive separation efficiency can hit 99.5%, capable of capturing ultrafine iron powder and weak magnetic impurities that common magnetic separators cannot remove.
Permanent magnet models need no excitation power during operation, reducing power consumption by 30% to 40% versus conventional electromagnetic separators. The whole separation procedure uses zero chemical additives without secondary pollution, and intercepted iron impurities can be completely recycled for reuse.
The drum in direct contact with materials is covered with thick wear-resistant rubber to resist abrasion and material impact. The whole machine reaches IP65 protection grade, adapting to humid, dusty and slightly corrosive workshop environments and drastically cutting equipment failure frequency.
A single unit supports two working modes: sorting dry mineral powder and purifying wet slurry. Rotation speed and magnetic field intensity can be adjusted independently to satisfy diverse material processing requirements.
