This high-performance permanent magnetic separator is tailor-made industrial purification equipment, designed to separate ferromagnetic and weakly magnetic impurities from various raw materials by utilizing magnetic susceptibility differences. Equipped with optimized magnetic circuit layout and high-performance rare earth magnetic roller, it generates stable high-gradient magnetic fields to capture micro magnetic particles thoroughly.
Widely deployed across mining, coal washing, ceramic raw material processing, chemical manufacturing, construction material production and scrap metal recycling industries. The machine realizes fully automatic continuous feeding, separation and discharging, supporting non-stop mass production. It effectively removes iron contaminants from ores and non-metallic raw materials, upgrading product purity, reducing raw material waste, and perfectly matching crushing, grinding and screening assembly lines.
Adopting fully sealed integrated body structure, the separator maintains stable running performance under harsh working conditions with heavy dust, high humidity and heavy load, delivering consistent long-term impurity removal capacity.
Optimized exclusive magnetic circuit ensures uniform magnetic field distribution with zero magnetic decay after long-hour operation. The separation efficiency can reach 99.5%, capable of trapping ultra-fine iron dust and weak magnetic impurities that ordinary magnetic separation devices cannot intercept.
Pure permanent magnet structure requires no excitation power during operation, cutting power consumption by 30%–40% compared with traditional electromagnetic separators. No chemical additives are adopted in the whole separation process to avoid secondary pollution, and all separated iron impurities can be fully recycled for reuse.
The roller surface contacting raw materials is lined with thick wear-resistant rubber to withstand continuous material impact and abrasion. The whole machine complies with IP65 protection standard, adapting to humid, dusty and corrosive production environments and greatly lowering equipment failure rates.
One machine supports both dry sorting and wet slurry separation to cover diverse processing scenarios. Rotation speed and magnetic field intensity can be freely adjusted to match different raw material physical properties.
