This dry high gradient magnetic separator is dedicated to removing iron and weak magnetic impurities from dry mineral powder. Based on the magnetic susceptibility gap between raw ores and impurity particles, it adopts premium magnetic cores and optimized magnetic circuit layout to form a stable high-gradient magnetic field, which efficiently captures fine ferromagnetic contaminants.
The machine is widely applicable to mining, coal washing, ceramic raw material processing, chemical manufacturing, construction materials and scrap metal recycling industries. It supports fully automatic continuous feeding, separation and discharging to achieve uninterrupted mass production. By removing iron pollutants thoroughly, it elevates mineral grade and finished product purity while cutting raw material waste. Equipped with an integrated fully sealed body, the separator runs steadily in dusty, humid and heavy-load harsh sites and can be perfectly matched with crushing and grinding production lines for long-term stable purification.
The optimized magnetic circuit ensures even magnetic field distribution with no magnetic decay after long-time continuous operation. Its maximum separation efficiency reaches 99.5%, which can trap ultrafine iron dust and weak magnetic impurities that ordinary separation equipment cannot handle, delivering high-standard mineral purification.
The permanent magnet type requires no excitation power during operation, reducing power consumption by 30%–40% compared with traditional electromagnetic separators. The whole purification process relies on physical separation without any chemical additives, generating no secondary pollution. All separated iron scraps can be fully recycled for reutilization.
The drum in contact with materials is covered with thick wear-resistant rubber lining to resist long-term abrasion and material impact.
