This dry high gradient magnetic separator is specialized industrial equipment for purifying dry mineral powder and removing iron contaminants. It separates impurities by utilizing the different magnetic properties of raw minerals and magnetic debris. Equipped with premium magnetic cores and an optimized magnetic circuit structure, the machine generates a stable high-gradient magnetic field to effectively adsorb fine ferromagnetic and weakly magnetic impurities.
It has wide application coverage, including mining, coal washing, ceramic raw material processing, chemical manufacturing, building material production and scrap metal recycling. The device supports fully automatic continuous feeding, separation and discharging to realize stable large-volume production. It thoroughly eliminates iron impurities from non-metallic ores, significantly upgrading mineral quality and reducing raw material loss. With an integrated fully sealed frame, the separator maintains stable operation under dusty, humid and heavy-load working conditions, and can be seamlessly connected to crushing and grinding production lines for long-term consistent purification.
The optimized magnetic circuit delivers evenly distributed magnetic field with no performance degradation after long continuous running. Its separation efficiency peaks at 99.5%, capable of capturing ultra-fine iron powder and weak magnetic particles that ordinary separators cannot filter out, achieving high-precision mineral purification.
The permanent magnet configuration needs no excitation power during operation, cutting power consumption by 30%–40% versus conventional electromagnetic separators. The whole purification process adopts purely physical separation without chemical additives, producing no secondary pollution. All separated iron waste can be fully recycled for reuse.
The material-contact drum is fitted with thick wear-resistant rubber lining to withstand long-term friction and material impact.
