This high gradient magnetic separator is professional mineral purification equipment developed based on the difference in magnetic susceptibility between target minerals and iron impurities. Fitted with optimized magnetic circuits and high-performance rare earth magnetic rollers, the device forms a stable high-gradient magnetic field to efficiently adsorb ferromagnetic and weakly magnetic contaminants.
It covers a wide range of industries including mining, coal washing, ceramic raw material processing, chemical manufacturing, building materials and waste metal recycling. The equipment supports fully automatic continuous feeding, separation and discharging to realize non-stop mass production.
It thoroughly eliminates iron contaminants from non-metallic ores, boosts ore grade and finished product purity, and cuts raw material loss. The machine can be perfectly connected with crushing, grinding and screening production lines. Designed with a fully sealed integrated structure, it operates steadily under severe working conditions with heavy dust, high humidity and heavy loads, maintaining consistent long-term separation performance for industrial production.
The exclusive magnetic circuit design achieves evenly distributed magnetic flux without magnetic attenuation after long-time continuous operation. Its total iron removal efficiency can reach 99.5%, capable of capturing ultrafine iron powder and weakly magnetic impurities that conventional magnetic separators cannot trap.
Permanent magnet models do not need excitation power during operation, reducing power consumption by 30%–40% compared with traditional electromagnetic separators. The entire separation process uses no chemical additives, causing no secondary pollution, and intercepted iron impurities can be completely recycled.
The drum in direct contact with materials is lined with thick wear-resistant rubber to resist friction and material impact. The whole machine reaches IP65 protection grade, suitable for humid, dusty and corrosive working environments, which significantly lowers equipment failure rate.
A single machine supports two processing modes for dry mineral powder sorting and wet slurry deironing. Rotation speed and magnetic field intensity can be adjusted freely to satisfy diverse material processing requirements.
It adopts a simplified mechanical structure with few vulnerable spare parts. Daily maintenance only needs regular bearing lubrication without complicated professional servicing, effectively saving labor costs and shortening production downtime.
Built-in overload protection and anti-splash baffles prevent potential safety hazards during operation. Custom explosion-proof versions are available for coal mines and workshops with combustible dust. Unattended automatic operation is supported to improve production safety and overall efficiency.
