Denor has completely overturned the traditional lifting method in terms of design ideas, combining the concepts of "solid-liquid separation", "backwashing", "integration" and "intelligence" to design a series of intelligent sewage lifting equipment.
"Solid-liquid separation" is to completely separate the debris in the sewage from the sewage, so that the impeller of the sewage will never come into contact with its killer: entanglements and hard objects. Ensure that the use environment of the water pump is normal, greatly extend its life and reduce the maintenance rate.
"Backwashing" is to use the pressure of the water pump to backwash the debris remaining in the solid-liquid separator through accurate hydraulic model calculation and discharge it into the municipal pipe network. At the same time, there is a stream of water that backwashes the bottom of the water tank under the pressure of the water pump, so that the sludge in the sewage has no place to hide and is discharged to the outdoor pipe network with the water.
"Integration" is the overall integrated structure of the equipment, without the need to build a new sewage tank, with a small footprint and low investment.
"Intelligent" means that it runs automatically without human care and operation. It also has various automatic fault alarm functions. Made of durable and environmentally friendly stainless steel, the box has an inlet and outlet on the top, which can be connected to the outdoors or the building's drainage and ventilation system when in use. There is a sewage outlet at the bottom of the box, and a 304 stainless steel pipe valve is used for easy maintenance. There are holes near the top of the box, and cable outlet holes for the level gauge, and the holes are equipped with wire clips for easy threading. The box can withstand the high pressure generated by the corresponding sewage treatment volume and is corrosion-resistant.
Scope of application: It is used to solve the problem of sewage discharge below the municipal pipe network or sewage in low-lying areas, that is, it cannot be discharged into the underground sewage pipe network by its own gravity.
