The pump's pressure-retaining casing undergoes mandatory hydrostatic testing at 1.5 times the maximum allowable working pressure in accordance with API 610 Clause 8.3.3, witnessed by our quality assurance engineers and documented with time-stamped pressure decay curves. Every impeller assembly is dynamically balanced on a Schenck horizontal balancing machine to ISO 1940 G1.0 precision grade—a specification point verified during our API Q1 surveillance audits.

Based on our systematic approach refined through thousands of factory acceptance tests, every integrally geared high speed centrifugal pump undergoes a documented full-string performance test on our closed-loop test facility. The test stand is equipped with ISO 17025-calibrated instrumentation including a magnetic flow meter for flow measurement, deadweight-tested pressure transmitters for head determination, and a precision torque meter for power measurement. We plot the actual head-capacity-efficiency curve at five operating points and compare against the guaranteed performance curve. The mechanical running test at rated speed continues for a minimum of 4 continuous hours with bearing housing vibration measurements taken at 30-minute intervals per API 610 Table 16 criteria. The complete test report, including raw data, calibration certificates, and vibration spectra, is compiled into the final documentation package delivered with the pump.
We understand that process industry end-users require comprehensive technical documentation to satisfy OSHA 1910.119 PSM, COMAH, and equivalent regulatory frameworks. Each pump ships with a quality dossier containing: certified Material Test Reports (EN 10204 Type 3.1) for all pressure-retaining components with chemical composition and mechanical properties; NDT reports (VT, PT, UT, PMI) for each pressure casing; hydrostatic test certificates with pressure-time charts; ISO 1940 G1.0 dynamic balancing reports for the impeller and gear assemblies; API 682 seal qualification documents including seal chamber dimensions and flush plan schematic; witnessed performance test curves; and a comprehensive installation, operation, and maintenance manual with exploded assembly drawings and bill of materials.
We have manufactured and delivered over 500 integrally geared OH6 pump units since 2010, accumulating more than 2 million cumulative operating hours across chemical, petrochemical, and refinery installations.
