Powder metallurgy is a mixture of metal powder and non-metal powder as a raw material. The process is completed by molding,sintered, precision shaping, surface treatment.
The powder metallurgy process can produce hundreds of parts of various types, and can design and produce structural parts with complex geometric shapes and high mechanical properties and precision requirements. Powder metallurgy material include: stainless steel, copper base, iron base. Products include power tool parts, oil-impregnated bearings, gears, special-shaped parts, electrical components, medical equipment, lock parts, stainless steel parts, garden tool parts, auto parts, mechanical transmission parts, hardware accessories, etc. The products are closely matched with domestic and foreign mechanical parts manufacturers, most of which are exported to developed countries such as Europe and America.
