This air dryer bolts directly onto HOWO and SHACMAN heavy truck brake systems. It pulls moisture and oil mist out of the compressed air line before that junk reaches your brake valves and air tanks. If you run trucks in humid or cold areas, a working air dryer saves you from frozen brake lines and rusty valves.
Compressed air from the compressor enters the dryer, passes through the desiccant bed where moisture gets absorbed, then exits clean and dry to the air tanks. The built-in purge valve kicks out collected water and oil during the compressor unload cycle. No maintenance needed between replacement intervals — just bolt it on and go.
These are the same units we supply to fleet operators in Southeast Asia and Africa. They hold up fine in dusty construction sites and humid coastal routes. If you are replacing one that failed early, check your compressor for oil passing — that is usually what kills the desiccant.
