It can be installed on ribbon fabric inspection machines for metal foreign body control. If residual staples or fine metal fragments are detected on the ribbon or elastic, it will promptly output an alarm shutdown signal, controlling the stoppage of equipment such as ribbon packaging machines, allowing workers to promptly remove metal residues.

Used for detecting broken needles, staples, blades, metal fragments, ferromagnetic metals, and other metallic impurities in woven materials such as ribbons, which can trigger machine shutdown.

3. Upon detecting broken needles or metallic objects, it triggers dual audio-visual alarms.
