The ET04P / ET05P model adopts a fixed main spindle in the positive direction, with the X1 axis carriage vertical to eliminate reverse clearance.
Both the main and auxiliary spindles adopt permanent magnet synchronous electric spindles, which have high power and strong force, without belt transmission. This enhances the dimensional stability and surface finish of the workpiece during high-speed turning.
The spindle guide rails use large-sized and high-precision roller linear guides, which not only ensure the machining rigidity of the machine tool but also improve its machining accuracy.
Combined with the corresponding power head, it realizes the turning and milling compound function, enabling complex parts of customers to be processed in one clamping, completing all machining procedures.
ET04W and ET04P models can be equipped with an automatic feeder. With automatic feeding, all processing procedures on both sides of the parts can be completed automatically, achieving unattended operation and enhancing processing efficiency while reducing labor costs.
