ShangJie PM's CNC vertical turning centers are optimized for large-diameter and heavy-duty parts, offering powerful cutting capabilities with a vertical spindle layout. The vertical design provides better gravity support, ideal for machining disc-shaped components such as brake hubs, gears, and bearings.

VT series machine tools are professionally designed and manufactured with the main focus on low center of gravity, anti-twist, heavy cutting, and high material removal efficiency. They adopt a box-type base and widened and thickened Z-axis columns, ensuring excellent rigidity of the entire machine.
By applying finite element analysis (FEM), the shape and position of the reinforcing ribs on the castings are optimized to achieve the best strength of the bed. Additionally, special reinforcement structures are implemented for the spindle base and the Z-axis crossbeam to make the bed more stable and prevent deformation.
Casting Material
Machine castings are made of HT300 high-grade material and undergo vibration stress relief and secondary tempering processes to eliminate internal stress. They feature high strength, strong resistance to deformation, and excellent shock absorption capacity, ensuring that the machine tool maintains stable precision over long-term use.
