Machine Characteristics
The HT series is a heavy-duty turret turning center, specifically designed for heavy cutting of large discs and shafts. The tailstock and sub-spindle rail parts are all integrally cast and have undergone reinforcement and optimization treatment. The extra-wide bed improves processing stability and is particularly suitable for turning and milling compound processing requirements.
The 45° inclined saddle, combined with large-sized roller linear guides and precision-grade ball screws, enables it to handle various processing tasks while maintaining long-term bed accuracy. Finite element analysis (FEM) was used to optimize the reinforcing ribs in the castings, achieving the best bed strength for heavy cutting and extended tool service life.
