In addition, the acrylic sheet has excellent weather resistance, high surface hardness and surface gloss and good high temperature resistance. Acrylic sheet has good processing performance, and can be divided into casting type and extrusion type according to the production process. Both thermoforming (including molding, blow molding and vacuum forming) can be used, and mechanical processing methods such as drilling, turning, milling, cutting, etc. can be used. The mechanical cutting and engraving controlled by microcomputer not only greatly improves the processing accuracy, but also can produce more exquisite patterns and shapes than traditional methods. In addition, acrylic sheets can be laser-cut and laser-engraved to make products with peculiar effects.

5.1. One piece of acrylic sheet package: double-sided covered with kraft paper or PE film, the cover film does not have any LOGO of our company.

5.2. Tray package: the total weight of each pallet is about 2 tons, the bottom is wooden pallet or iron pallet, and the surrounding is packed with corrugated paper.

5.3. The packaging method of the whole container: 20-23 tons (about 3000 pieces) 20-foot container, 10-12 pallets.
