The dual-side coating ensures excellent adhesion for both UV-curable and solvent-based inks, verified by 100/100 cross-hatch test (JIS K5600). This eliminates the need for separate primer layers or special ink formulations, saving setup time and reducing material waste. Whether you are printing fine text, gradient graphics, or solid color backgrounds, the H10 series delivers sharp, durable prints that withstand handling and aging.
This combination ensures true color reproduction, high-contrast graphics, and a premium appearance that meets the strictest aesthetic standards.
Heat shrinkage is minimal: MD ≤ 1.0% and TD ≤ 0.4% (JIS C2318). Such low shrinkage ensures that printed patterns remain perfectly registered during drying/curing and subsequent lamination processes. Edge curling and misalignment are significantly reduced, directly improving first-pass yield rates in high-speed printing lines.
