Description
Multi-layer co-extruded sheet production line is an advanced plastic processing equipment, which uses multi-layer co-extruded technology to extrude and compound a variety of plastic materials with different properties into one or more layers of composite sheets. Working principle
In the multilayer co-extruded sheet production line, it is first necessary to place different types of plastic particles into their respective extruders. Through the action of heat and pressure, these plastic materials are extruded and formed into a single layer of plastic sheets. These single-layer plastic sheets are then fed into a multi-layer co-extruded melt ejector, where they are melted and combined under high temperature and pressure to form a multi-layer composite sheet. Finally, after cooling, traction, cutting and other processes, the multilayer composite sheet is made to the required length and size.
