ST42 Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Coil Pre-Painted Galvanized Strip For Industrial
Galvanized coil, the thin steel plate is immersed in the melting zinc tank, so that the surface of the thin steel plate with a layer of zinc. The main use of continuous galvanizing process production, that is, the rolling steel plate is continuously immersed in the melting zinc plating tank made of galvanized steel plate; Alloyed galvanized steel sheet. This steel plate is also made by hot dipping, but immediately after being taken out of the tank, it is heated to about 500 ° C to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. This galvanized coil has good coating tightness and weldability.
Surface treatment: 1. Paint sealant. An additional protection against corrosion, especially fingerprint resistance, is provided by applying an extremely thin transparent organic coating film. It can improve lubricity when forming and serve as an adhesive bottom layer for subsequent coatings.
2. Phosphating. Through phosphating treatment, so that various coating types of galvanized steel plate, in addition to normal cleaning, no further treatment can be coated. This treatment can improve the adhesion and anticorrosion properties of the coating and reduce the risk of corrosion during storage and transportation. After phosphating, it can be used with suitable lubricant to improve the molding performance.
