Our Duplex 2205 Stainless Steel Sheet combines the best properties of austenitic and ferritic stainless steels, delivering twice the yield strength of 316L with outstanding chloride stress corrosion cracking resistance. At 5.0mm thickness, these sheets are engineered for the most demanding offshore oil platform, desalination, and chemical processing applications where standard grades fail prematurely.
Full material traceability from melt to final product. Each batch tested per ASTM A923 for absence of detrimental intermetallic phases. Charpy impact testing at -46°C, ferrite content measurement (40-55% target), and corrosion testing per ASTM G48 Method A. NORSOK M-650 and DNV GL certification available upon request.
