Stainless Steel Etching Corrosion Principle
The process utilizes ferric chloride's strong oxidation properties to corrode the stainless steel surface, converting trivalent iron into more stable bivalent iron elements. The specific production process involves: first coating the stainless steel surface with an anti-corrosion layer to protect required areas, then placing it into the ferric chloride spraying assembly line for corrosion. Finally, the anti-corrosion layer is washed off to reveal the finished patterns.
