The etching process utilizes ferric chloride's strong oxidation to corrode the stainless steel surface, converting trivalent iron into more stable bivalent iron elements. The specific production process involves: first coating the stainless steel surface with an anti-corrosion layer to protect required areas, then placing it into the ferric chloride spraying assembly line for corrosion. Finally, the anti-corrosion layer is washed off to reveal the finished patterns.
