No. 4 Finish is particularly popular for appliances, food and beverage industry applications, elevators, escalators, hospitals, and any work area involving food contact.
Features of NO.4 Finish
Characterized by short, parallel polishing lines, the NO.4 finish is among the easiest stainless steel finishes to maintain. The final finish can range between 120 and 320 grit, with higher grit numbers producing finer polishing lines and more reflective finishes. Typical surface roughness is Ra 25 micro-inches or less.
