The color stainless steel plate preserves the physical, chemical, and mechanical properties of primary color stainless steel while offering stronger corrosion resistance.
Material Classification
Stainless steel is classified into four main categories by organizational structure: Austenitic stainless steel plate, Martensitic stainless steel plate (including precipitation hardened stainless steel plate), Ferritic stainless steel plate, and Austenitic plus Ferritic duplex stainless steel plate. Classification by chemical composition includes chromium stainless steel plate, chromium nickel stainless steel plate, chromium nickel molybdenum stainless steel plate, low carbon stainless steel plate, high molybdenum stainless steel plate, and high purity stainless steel plate.
Technical Features
Type 304 stainless steel is an authentic stainless steel alloy containing 18% chromium and 8% nickel. It offers excellent welding and forming properties with reasonable machinability. The alloy finds use in various commercial applications and is one of the most widely used stainless steel grades.
Mirror finished stainless steel sheet is manufactured using outdoor-specific stainless 316L and processed by 8K polishing and grinding equipment. This stainless steel provides excellent corrosion resistance and acid resistance, making it the preferred material for outdoor decoration projects.
