Q1: What are your main products?
We have total 9 categories of products into 13 series and 122 types of solutions fit the most scenarios of buildings such as Passenger elevator, Cargo Elevator, Home elevator, Escalator and Moving walks, etc.
Q2: Could we put our logo on the products?
Yes. You must have your own logo or mark on them. If you need us to put the logo on the products, you can provide us the format and details, then we will do it for you.
Q3: What types of payment do you accept?
When we quote for you, we will confirm with you the way of transaction (FOB, CIF, CNF, etc). For mass production goods, you need to pay 30% deposit before producing and 70% balance against copy of documents. The common way is by T/T. L/C is also acceptable.
Q4: How about your delivery time?
For samples, the lead time is about 5-7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-25 days. In all cases, we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
Q5: How do you handle complaints, quality problems, and after-sales service?
We have dedicated colleagues to follow each order with professional after-sales service. If any claim happens, we will take our responsibility and compensate as per contract. For better service, we keep tracking feedback from clients about our products.
