Q1: What is the minimum order quantity for custom logo printing?
A1: The minimum order quantity for blank unprinted cups is 500 pieces. For custom printed cups, it needs to be at least 1000 pieces. The higher the number of printed colors, the higher the minimum order quantity will be.
Q2: Does the order include the accompanying lids? Can different types of lids be mixed?
A2: Lids need to be purchased separately. All four cup sizes are provided with matching lid sizes. You can freely combine flat lids, dome lids and straw slot lids in a single bulk order. However, the minimum order quantity for each style is 1000.
Q3: How long does the customization production and shipment take?
A3: Blank cups are shipped within 3 days; printed customized orders take 10-15 working days. The shipping time varies depending on the destination country.
