The SVI™ II AP is a state-of-the-art digital valve positioner with a local interface and advanced performance features. Designed with a 32-bit microprocessor, this instrument controls a pneumatic actuator through a two-wire 4-20mA control signal. It uses the HART® protocol, enabling bi-directional communication.
This valve positioner has a universal design that allows for easy retrofitting in place of existing analog positioners, even on Masoneilan or non-Masoneilan pneumatic actuators. It can be used on both single-acting and double-acting actuators.
