Product Overview

The SAMSON Type 3730-5 is a FOUNDATION™ Fieldbus digital positioner for precise control of linear and rotary actuators. It receives the cyclic reference variable over the fieldbus, compares it with the valve travel, and issues a pneumatic output signal. An integrated PID function block enables direct field control, while advanced diagnostics ensure reliable operation and predictive maintenance in demanding process environments.
