The AUMA SA + GST combination integrates the SA 07.2 – SA 16.2 multi-turn actuators with GST 10.1 – GST 40.1 spur gearboxes to deliver high-torque solutions for demanding valve automation. The SA actuators provide base torque up to 1,000 Nm with 3-phase AC motors, while the GST gearboxes multiply this torque up to 63,000 Nm through multi-stage reductions. This NORM configuration (without integral controls) is engineered for open-close and modulating duties, ensuring reliable rotary motion for large-diameter valves in industrial systems.
