The Spirax Sarco KE73 is a rugged two-port single-seat globe control valve from the Spira-trol™ K series, featuring an SG iron body and cage-retained seat design. It offers reliable modulating or on/off control when paired with pneumatic or electric actuators, with a focus on durability in steam and fluid systems up to PN16 or PN25 pressures.
Body Material: SG iron (EN-GJS-400-18U-LT). Sizes: DN15 to DN100 (½" to 4") typical for smaller KE73; larger sizes up to DN300 in extended K series. Connections: Flanged PN16, PN25; JIS/KS10 (some sizes); screwed BSP up to DN50. Pressure/Temperature Limits (KE73 SG iron):
Commonly used for steam pressure/temperature control, water regulation, and process fluids in heating systems, heat exchangers, boilers, and industrial plants where reliable throttling or isolation is needed under moderate pressures.
