DVC6200F Single-Acting Digital Valve Positioner is a microprocessor-based digital valve controller designed for pneumatic control valve applications. The single-acting configuration converts a 4–20 mA control signal into pneumatic output to accurately position compatible pneumatic actuators.
The device supports HART communication, providing access to configuration, calibration, operating status and diagnostic information through the control loop. Its digital control architecture enables precise valve positioning and supports commissioning, monitoring and maintenance of pneumatic control valve assemblies.
Its linkage-less, non-contact position feedback design eliminates mechanical contact between the position feedback system and valve stem, helping reduce mechanical wear and maintenance requirements. The positioner is suitable for compatible linear and quarter-turn rotary valve applications in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical processing, power generation, water treatment and other industrial environments.
Single-Acting Pneumatic Control
Designed for compatible single-acting pneumatic actuators where pneumatic output is used to position the valve against the actuator's return mechanism.
Non-Contact Position Feedback
Linkage-less position feedback continuously monitors valve position without mechanical contact, helping reduce wear and maintenance requirements.
HART Communication
Provides access to configuration, calibration, operating status and available diagnostic information through the control loop.
Digital Diagnostics
Supports monitoring of valve and instrument performance and can assist with commissioning, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Automatic Calibration
Simplifies setup and commissioning of the positioner with the connected valve and actuator assembly.
