DVC6200 HC Digital Valve Positioner is a microprocessor-based digital valve controller designed for pneumatic control valve applications. The double-acting configuration with position feedback provides precise control and reliable valve positioning for linear and quarter-turn rotary control valves.
The device converts a 4–20 mA control signal into pneumatic output pressure to control compatible pneumatic actuators. HART communication provides access to device configuration, calibration, operating status and diagnostic information through the control loop.
Its linkage-less, non-contact position feedback design continuously monitors valve position without mechanical contact between the feedback system and valve stem, helping reduce mechanical wear and maintenance requirements. The double-acting configuration provides pneumatic output to both sides of a compatible actuator for reliable bidirectional valve control.
