The Flexim FLUXUS F731 is a permanently installed, non-intrusive ultrasonic clamp-on flowmeter for liquids. It measures volumetric and mass flow using the transit-time difference principle without interrupting the process or cutting into the pipe.
This meter mounts transducers externally on the pipe wall and delivers accurate, bidirectional flow measurement even under challenging conditions. Advanced signal processing, Synchronised Channel Averaging (SCA), and flow profile correction help maintain reliability when inlet runs are short or flow is disturbed. Matched and temperature-compensated transducers support high accuracy across a wide range of flow rates and pipe sizes. The system is suitable for standard industrial environments and is available with hazardous-area approvals.
