The Flexim FLUXUS G631 is a portable transit-time ultrasonic flow meter designed for non-intrusive measurement of gases and liquids. Clamp-on transducers mount on the outside of the pipe, allowing accurate flow readings without process interruption, pipe cutting, or pressure loss.
This instrument uses the proven transit-time correlation principle to measure virtually any acoustically conductive gas or liquid. It supports bidirectional flow measurement of operational and standard volume flows. Key capabilities include gas measurement down to low pressures, flow disturbance correction for short inlet conditions, advanced diagnostics for measurement quality, and NoiseTrek mode for fluids with impurities. The portable design offers extended battery operation for temporary surveys, verification, and energy assessments.
