The Fisher DVC6200 digital valve positioner package is supplied as a factory-matched assembly for control valves and rotary valve applications. It converts a 4-20 mA input signal into precise pneumatic output, using HART communication for configuration and diagnostics. The unit supports ValveLink software, allowing valve signature, step response, and performance diagnostics without removing the positioner from service.
The DVC6200 is designed for linear and rotary actuators. Its rugged housing is available in aluminum or stainless steel, with IP66/NEMA 4X protection and optional explosion-proof certifications. The positioner operates within -40°C to +85°C and accepts supply pressure from 20 to 150 psi. It is suitable for chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, power, and water treatment plants.
