Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Coil
Galvanized steel coil is a type of steel coil that has undergone surface galvanizing treatment. It is coated with a layer of zinc on the surface of a substrate (such as cold-rolled or hot-rolled steel plate) to improve its corrosion resistance and service life. The galvanizing process mainly includes two methods: hot-dip galvanizing (hot-dip galvanizing) and electroplating galvanizing. Among them, hot-dip galvanizing is more common, with a thicker zinc layer and stronger protection.
Advantage of Galvanized Steel
1. Excellent corrosion resistance, zinc has more reactive chemical properties than iron and will preferentially react with oxygen and water vapor in the environment to form a dense oxide film.
