Production process
It is divided into hot-rolled galvanized coil and cold-rolled hot-dip galvanized coil by continuous hot-dip galvanizing process with hot-rolled or cold-rolled steel strip as the substrate. The coating is firmly bonded to the substrate and has the characteristics of strong corrosion resistance and good surface quality.
Performance characteristics
Corrosion resistance: The zinc layer effectively isolates moisture and oxygen, significantly extending the service life of the steel plate. Processing performance: Maintain the strength and hardness of the steel plate, while improving the cold bending, welding and stamping performance. Classification standard
According to performance, it is divided into general use, mechanical bite, stamping and other categories; according to substrate type, it is divided into cold-rolled coil and hot-rolled pickled coil; the coating weight ranges from Z60 to Z600, which can meet the needs of different scenarios.
