What is hot dip galvanizing steel?
Hot dip galvanizing is to first pickling the steel to remove the iron oxide on the surface of the steel, after pickling, through ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or ammonium chloride and zinc chloride mixed aqueous solution for cleaning, and then into the hot dip plating tank to complete galvanizing. The molten zinc reacts with the iron matrix to form an alloy layer, which binds the substrate to the coating. Usually used in construction, home appliances, automobiles, power industry and other fields.

Advantages of hot dip galvanized steel.
1) The entire steel surface is protected by a layer of galvanized layer. The zinc layer is consumed very slowly in the atmosphere, about 1/17 to 1/18 of the corrosion rate of steel. This makes it itself very corrosion-resistant.
2)The high hardness of the galvanized layer can resist impact and wear.Even if the zinc layer falls off, the surrounding zinc layer can act as a sacrificial anode to protect the steel from erosion.
