Hot-dip galvanizing is the reaction of molten metal with an iron substrate to produce an alloy layer, thereby combining the substrate and the plating layer. Hot-dip galvanizing is to pickle iron and steel parts first. 1. Corrosion resistance
The surface of the galvanized coil is coated with a zinc layer, which can effectively prevent the steel from contacting with external oxygen, moisture and other substances, thereby slowing down the corrosion rate of the steel and increasing its service life.
2. Heat resistance
The galvanized steel coil can still maintain good performance in a high temperature environment, is not easy to deform, melt or damage, and is suitable for use under high temperature conditions.
3. Weather resistance
The galvanized steel coil has good weather resistance, can maintain good surface gloss and performance under different climatic conditions, and is not easily affected by climatic factors.
4. Good weldability
During the welding process of the galvanized coil, the zinc layer can provide certain protection, reduce oxidation and corrosion during welding, and ensure the quality of the welded joint.
